Slow Cooker Chili

- 1.5-2 pounds ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cans beans, rinsed
- 28 oz diced tomatoes, not drained
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon oregano
Cooking Directions
Add meat, onions, garlic, and pepper to a pan. Brown the meat. Add to the slow cooker with spices, beans, and tomatoes. Cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6-8 hours. Thicken to taste by adding cornmeal, crackers, or sour cream.
