Hi! My name is Elliott Weix. Aspiring researcher, tabletop game enthusiast, and avid reader. I study biochemistry and mathematics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. For the last three years, I've also done synthetic biology research in the Coyle lab.

When I’m not in the lab or classroom, I’m usually curled up in a chair reading a book or finding new ways to break my computer. I also play a variety of board games. I like going for walks, mountain biking, and spending time outdoors.

Things I'm doing right now: Revisiting developmental biology and biological noise. Taking lots of mathematics and biology courses. Reading to understand catastrophe.
